Job Description:
An accountant is responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records for the organisation. Their duties include examining financial statements to ensure they comply with local and international regulations and providing financial advice to the top management in order for them to make informed decisions.
  • Greeting and directing patients to examination rooms.
  • Scheduling patient appointments and making reminder calls.
  • Informing patients about delays and waiting times.
  • Obtaining patients’ addresses, contact details, insurance information, and medical histories.
  • Updating and verifying patient information at every visit.
  • Assisting patients in filling out patient history forms, consent forms, and payment contract forms, when necessary.
  • Receiving and processing cash and credit card payments for medical services rendered.
  • Reviewing patient accounts, identifying delinquent accounts, and collecting overdue payments.
  • Answering, investigating, and/or directing patient inquiries or complaints to the appropriate medical staff member.
  • Following up with patients to ensure their inquiry or complaint has been satisfactorily resolved.
  • Performing administrative and clerical duties, such as filing paperwork, when necessary.
  • Participation in Camp when required.
  • Visits to villages for awareness and data collection.
  • You will be assigned any additional responsibility as per the need and the policy of the company.
  • Collect the beneficiary’s data.

Donor Executive
Qualification : Graduation: BSW, MSW

Key Responsibilities :
Donor Cultivation and Stewardship:
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective donors.
  • Develop personalized donor engagement strategies to foster long-term relationships.
  • Manage a portfolio of donors, ensuring regular communication and updates on the NGO's work and impact.
Donor Database Management:
  • Maintain and update the donor database, ensuring accurate and complete records of all donations and donor interactions.
  • Track donor engagement and identify opportunities for further involvement.
  • Generate donation receipts and share it on time with the donors.
Fundraising Support:
  • Collaborate with the fundraising platforms as per need and develop a strategy with them to execute the campaign.
  • Prepare donor materials, including proposals, impact reports, and thank-you letters.
Donor Communication:
  • Develop and distribute regular newsletters, updates, and other communication materials to keep donors informed and engaged.
  • Handle donor inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure a positive donor experience.
  • Coordinate personalized acknowledgments and recognition of donors' contributions.
Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure all donor-related activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to management, board members, and donors as needed.
Qualifications :
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or a related field within the nonprofit sector or customer service.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing donor/client relationships and fundraising campaigns.
Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and across departments.
